Welcome to Dulce Beauty Collection

Dulce Beauty Collection was founded by Dulcinea Perdue in 2020. Dulcinea currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA with her three wonderful children. She graduated from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Dulcinea started selling hair in 2015 as a way to earn an additional income for her family. She has turned her hobby into a small business. In 2018 I began to suffer hair loss, which I later found out was due to an underlying health issue. It started out thinning at the top of my crown which later became much worse, and I shaved it of twice due to the balding and burning sensation on my scalp. Wigs have become a part of my everyday wardrobe. I want to help women like myself become more confident by providing top quality hair to women around the globe.
